"Brice and Prejudice" alias "Coup de foudre à Bollywood" pour la version française est un film que j'ai particulièrement aimé. La réalisatrice est d'origine indienne vivant en Angleterre, et ce film est un mélange des films bollywoodiens, hollywoodiens et anglais. On peut trouver des défauts dans les trois, mais cet entremêlement apporte quelque chose de nouveau pour chaque ! On y retrouve la magnifique Aishwarya Rai (Miss Monde 1994 et actrice indienne) dont je suis très jalouse ^^. Un film simple mais très agréable à regarder, et particulièrement pour les danses et la musique. Le film comporte des danses indiennes typiques, cette chanson correspond plus à une version européenne. L'Inde... un pays qui me fait rêver par la prestance de ces femmes, la beauté de leurs danses et des tissus qu'elles portent. Mahatma Gandhi concluera cet article... "Si la non-violence est la loi de l'humanité, l'avenir appartient aux femmes".
Explication du contexte : Mr. Koli a jeté son dévolu sur Lalita (Aishwarya Rai) après avoir affirmé qu'il n'y a "pas de vie sans femme" (No life without wife). Les soeurs de Lalita montent dans sa chambre pour la taquiner.
