As the best chinese restaurant in Mandalay, we always host them. We have to do our best to provide a good menu. I got a diploma in april 2001. I have study from october 2000 to april 2001 at the Vocational High School Xi Yuan Li in Beijing. My score is fair, what do you think ? I was part of the first exchange between China and another country to pass a chinese diploma of chinese food. We were 10 students. So I am one of the first ever to receive a chinese diploma of chinese cooking passed in China. Special, hum ? Yes, I was lucky I think so. we were the stars of the CCTV and newpapers in Beijing for over 1 year. You don't believe me, right ?
