The menu was a little fancy, fusion and diethetic ( all cooked without fat ).
Let's have a look :
Starter " Grilled chicken marinated with Orange, with shrimp blinis and tex-mex salad.
Then for the second course : Steamed Rabbit Paupiette with Tomato-Olive Compote and Rosemary Gravy
Third course : Halibut with Gingerbread crust, Spicy Chocolate Sauce and Mosaic of Vegetables
Fourth course : Blue Cheese Creme Brulee with Hot Finger Cookies and Berry Tart
Fifth course : Papaya and Plum Gratin
About 50 persons were present, french people, chinese, polish and german.
