A l'origine de ce projet, notre amie Rikki qui souhaitait collecter des fonds pour une association pour le Syndrome de Down, le DS Info Center qui a aidé sa famille et tant d'autres en Allemagne.
Certains savent peut-être que l'adorable Sean, le fils de Rikki, est touché par cette maladie que nous connaissons plus souvent sous le nom de Trisomie 21. Les chromosomes fonctionnent par paire, dans le cas de la Trisomie 21, il y a 3 chromosomes 21 au lieu de 2.
Rikki nous a donc soumis ce projet à Let's Scrap et nous avons bien sûr toutes répondu présentes à son appel. Voici donc l'aperçu de ce kit "Think Positive!" réalisé par Rikki, Sonia, Kat, Nina, Leslie, Manu, Conny et moi-même.

Once more the Let’s scrap team has come up with a great collab kit: Think Positive!.
At the origin of this project, our friend Rikki who had been thinking for some time about raising some money for a Down Syndrome organization, the DS-Info Center, that has helped her family and a lot of people all over Germany a lot.
You might know that her sweet little Sean has a chromosome too many and she was willing to give some back to the people who help concerned families. Not only in the first few months, but they organize meetings, individual counseling, they arrange medical check-ups at very low cost on a regular basis, give out info material and have done a lot to make people aware of the fact that people with DS are not to be ignored.
Rikki suggested to do a collab kit to raise some money to her friends at the Let’s Scrap team and we were all enthusiastic about it. We created this “Think Positive!” kit and decided to offer it as a donation kit again.
Sonia, Kat, Nina, Leslie, Manu, Rikki, Conny and I contributed to this kit.
