YOUR OPINION ABOUT FACILITIES FOR POPULATION AND YOUR COUNTRY
° Do you think that continual payment of salaries to all population in each country is a necessary protection for welfare of population in each country and future ?
° Do you think that in your country it’s possible to create a social economical system which is based on monthly payment to all population and all regions ?
° Do you think that your government can organize an autonomic budget which can permit to everyone to take the same salary every month and use for his daily life ?
° What is the amount of necessary budget for each person or family in country you are living ?
° Do you think that distribution of salaries to all population is possible to do by Post Office or other Banks ?
° Do you feel that it is a priority to organize this social economical advancement and to let the people live their life ?
The aim of WHF is to allow all the people to profit more from monetary system so that the problems, of environment, social conflicts, poverty, insecurity, useless competitivity, find a global solution.
Strategy of intervention of the management of social investment :
To apprehend the phenomenon of poverty and social exclusion, within the framework of a total strategy of intervention of the management of the International Social Investment, two fundamental objectives are to be defined :
Identification of the population of the communities,
The implementation of the social actions investment.
The requirements in treatments, wages, pensions, dwelling, healthcare, which already taken in charge and covered by the States.
It is thus, « more » brought by WHF.
The « chart of WHF » established by each Country, in collaboration with the administrations in particular of the Post office or any financial institute, remains a privileged document of reference which makes it possible to identify, each individual of all social classes has to perceive this sum and to be retained in the social investment plan.

The realization of projects of social investment takes account of the valorization of human and natural existing resources.
To achieve these aims, the Management of Social Investment does not conceive the action of the social investment without the participative approach.
This one rests primarily on the close cooperation of the profit communities and the local councilors, throughout the process of implementation the projects :
- The priority pegging,
- maturation and the implementation of the projects,
- the follow-up of the progress report of the project,
- reception of the project,
- the evaluation project social impact
Objectives of the project :
Within the framework of the economic revival, the new step has three essential aims :
1 – Improvement of the living conditions of the populations stripped by the resorption of the variations of development and the promotion of synergies and the local co-operation,
2 – The active contribution to the programs aiming to the durable development and the creation of richness, by privileging the freedom of choice for each individual no one does touch any of his social rights. Anyone does what he desires.
3 – Consolidation of a culture of solidarity while acting simultaneously on the emergencies and long-term work. By never losing the resources of the populations, so that no one is victim.
Missions of the Project :
The Management Project of Social Investment WHF has the aims of :
- To target the stripped communities and to identify the priority needs by the use of the techniques of research and collection of information on the ground, in particular the observation on site, the discussion with the communities (brainstorming, Focus Group...) and the identification,
- To sensitize and incite the communities,the local communities and associations to commit itself taking part fully in the process of implementation of project WHF with the official institutions,
- To imply the communities in all the stages of the project of development, once the project set up the follow-up being automatic,
- To develop existing human resources and the local natural potential,
- To conceive, implement and to evaluate the action plans according to the priority of the needs express by the communities,
- To contribute has the social awakening of the communities while passing from the concept of assistantship to the concept of autonomic,
- To initiate and implement specific actions of solidarity,
Acces of Intervention of the Project :
The Management Project of Social Investment WHF acts in three directions :
- Inside in order to obtain the adhesion of the whole of the personnal and his active participation,
- In direction of the institutional and social actors, in particular the government departments, the local communities and associations of the civil society, by putting their knowledge to make human resources and the means as well financial as material.
- Towards the foreign partners who solicit and who work in the same direction as regards social investment.
As you know the aim of this project is to search a new view of socio-economical facilities in societies for populations which results in better life quality for everyone in the world. With this program we should solve as much as possible the problems of poverty,different sort of conflicts.
Useless competition and loss of time and energy is not needed,friendly environment in all countries is possible.
We consider availibility of possibilities in productions which are from importance for all population in each country and in the world, and we need the right methods of distribution.
Money is common medium for exchange, prices, inflation, distribution, all these can be solved easily. History of human being in societies in past centuries that this problem has existed always and never solved :
could we solve it long time ago, why we didn't ?
Is it the reason not to solve it now?
The result we expect is the easy way of production and distribution and available money for everybody. Life quality for all people in all countries.
We propose whithout problem : printing money - production - distribution - comsumption - is not something impossible, now it's become reality!
All countries must be able to take care of his population and work for his population not against the population. Institutions are elected to serve people.
Monthly report April 2007 :
Following the coordination program WHF World Human Facilities, we propose in each country: a building, for the liaison and communication for Your Government and the Supervisor Representative WHF and all other international organizations.
This building will be permanent office of World Human Facilities in your country and be representative for your socio-economic affairs, culture, arts and technology in your country, with a permanent expert team. The budget will be given from Your Government for your country.
We propose to coordinate for your country and the others.
To finalise quickly this action, could you contact us to organize a meeting on this subject. Don't forget that the 1st June 2007 all countries start WHF.
As You know the Communication Office Board WHF (COB WHF) take place with permanent representatives of Your Government and Delegates from WHF, and the deployment of the WHF program in each countries around the World.

As you know the aim of this project is to search a new view of socio-economical facilities in societies for populations which results in better life quality for everyone in the world.

With this program we should solve as much as possible the problems like poverty, work, education, different sort of conflicts.
